Common questions about pricing.
- What is a credit?
- 1 credit = one prompt checked against one AI platform in one location, once per day. Tracking a prompt daily across the platforms you enable uses one credit per platform per day.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Your daily runs pause until your next billing cycle resets your monthly allowance — or buy a top-off pack from Settings › Billing to keep tracking right away. Top-off credits are valid for 12 months.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in Settings › Billing whenever you like and your plan simply won't renew — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Because the 14-day trial is your chance to evaluate DabaRank with real data, we don't offer refunds on charges already made.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Yearly plans are 15% off — pick Yearly on the pricing page. Credits still reset every month.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan to switch between Starter, Growth, and Scale. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. For Enterprise, email [email protected].
- Which AI platforms are included on each plan?
- Every plan includes all 8 major AI platforms and growing: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and Google AI Overviews. Starter checks twice a week; Growth and Scale check every day.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Add a card to begin, track real rankings from day one, and cancel from Settings › Billing before the trial ends if it isn't for you — you won't be charged.
- Why do you ask for a card up front?
- So your tracking never stops. Your first charge lands only after the 14-day trial, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Requiring a card also keeps free-trial abuse from slowing down the daily runs paying customers rely on.
- What's the difference between monthly and top-off credits?
- Monthly credits come with your plan and reset every billing cycle. Top-off credits are purchased separately, are used only after your monthly allowance runs out, and stay valid for 1 year.
- How do prompts relate to credits?
- 1 credit = one prompt checked against one AI platform in one location, once. Tracking 250 prompts daily across 8 platforms uses 250 × 8 = 2,000 credits a day, or about 60,000 credits a month — which is exactly what the Growth plan includes.
