How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day trial. You can cancel in Settings > Billing before the trial ends without being charged. After the trial, Stripe charges the card on file at the plan's monthly rate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan to switch between Starter, Pro, and Agency. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. For Enterprise, email [email protected].
How do I update my payment method or download invoices?
Settings > Billing > Manage billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update cards, download invoices, and view past charges.
What counts as a "prompt" for plan limits?
One prompt is one configured query (e.g. "best CRM for small teams") executed once per scheduled cycle, per AI platform, per location. Your Settings > Billing page shows your current usage against the plan limit.

How do I invite teammates?
Settings > Team > Invite. The Agency plan includes 10 team seats; seat availability on other plans is shown on the pricing page.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email [email protected] from the account owner's email. We delete tenant data within 30 days, subject to legal retention. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Who can see my data?
Only users you've added to your organization. Our staff does not access tenant data except to investigate incidents you report or to deliver support you explicitly ask for. Your data is isolated to your organization and is never visible to other customers; see our Privacy Policy.
How the product works
Why do the same prompts sometimes return different answers?
AI models are non-deterministic — the same prompt can return different phrasing, citations, or rankings between runs. We aggregate multiple runs per prompt to surface stable patterns. Don't read too much into a single run.
How often are prompts re-run?
Rankings refresh every morning, so you'll see fresh data once a day. You can also trigger an on-demand run from a prompt's detail page.

Starter lets you pick 2 AI platforms to track. Pro, Agency, and Enterprise cover the major AI platforms we track — currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and Google AI Overviews. We're continually adding coverage as new AI platforms gain adoption.
